CDS-plotcon: Software

The programmes are written in C++ and should run under any LINUX/UNIX-like environment (e.g. MacOS X11), provided you have a C++ compiler. You will also need to install the following software: R, EMBOSS, EMBASSY (PHYLIP package) and code2aln. See user's guide (pdf file, html) for installation details and links to R, EMBOSS, EMBASSY and code2aln websites.
